Mr. Terry Kaiser has 30 years of experience as an Environmental Engineer and Hydrogeologist. He has worked in the areas of landfill engineering (design, construction management and certification and permitting) and hydrogeologic investigations (site geotechnical investigations, groundwater monitoring, data management and evaluations and remedial action plans). Mr. Kaiser also has significant experience with Environmental Property Assessments and Municipal Well Designs and Wellhead Proection.

As a project manager, engineer, and hydrogeologist, Mr. Kaiser has led investigation and design efforts to close over 100 acres of landfill space in Minnesota. This work included final cover, lined municipal solid waste development, and lined and unlined construction and demolition (C & D) landfill developments.  Mr. Kaiser has engineered facilities for the following landfills:

  • Grand Rapids Area Landfill, Itasca County
  • Kandiyohi County Sanitary and C & D Landfills
  • Hibbing Landfill, St. Louis County
  • City of Albert Lea sanitary Landfill
  • Big Stone County Landfill
  • Iron Range Landfill
